- 1 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Water
- 2 clove Garlic finely minced
- 2 teaspoons Hot Sauce of choice
- 1 tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon White Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Toasted Sesame Seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon ground Ginger
Instructions
Combine mayonnaise and water in a medium mixing bowl. Whisk to combine.
Add garlic, hot sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, ketchup, dry mustard, paprika, pepper, sesame seeds and ginger. Whisk until well mixed.
Store in a tightly covered container, in the refrigerator, overnight to all the flavors to meld.
